We are looking for a new team member in the office (m/f/d) in our home office throughout Germany.

 

You support the onboarding team in setting up the restaurant customers in the foodcall system and are a sparring partner for the sales team and the technical field service. 

Your task

  • 1. Contact person for the restaurants won after conclusion of the contract for the entire onboarding process

  • Setup of the web-based foodcall software 

  • Regular exchange with the sales manager, salespeople and technical field staff

  • Passing on customer feedback to the sales & development team

  • Use of the CRM tool for a digital overview of your activities

  • Contribution of own ideas for further product, software and process improvement

  • Writing a joint success story with fun and passion

  • Quick grasp of business and technical basics

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a similar qualification/ also career changers and newcomers

  • Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing

  • The foodcall software/ the product is technically very easy to use, i.e. you are not expected to have a high level of technical understanding :-)
